As a team user, you can invite external team members and clients to collaborate on projects and manage your invoices together.

To create your first invoice or quote, you'll need to sign up for the platform and create a company. Once your company is set up, you'll be able to generate invoices and quotes directly from the dashboard. If this is your first time using the platform, the system will guide you through the necessary steps: 1. Register as a single user or team user. 2. Set up your company details, including address and tax information. 3. Once your company is created, navigate to the Invoices or Quotes section to generate your documents. If your company details are incomplete, you will be prompted to update them before creating your invoices or quotes.

Yes! If you register as a team user, you can manage multiple teams within your account. Each team has its own environment, allowing you to manage projects, invoices, and team members independently for each team. You can also switch between teams effortlessly from the dashboard. Each team can have its own manager, and you can invite team members to collaborate and assign roles based on the team’s needs.

As a team manager, you can invite external team members or clients to your team by following these steps: 1. Navigate to the Team Management section from your dashboard. 2. Click on the Invite Users button. 3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite. 4. Select the appropriate role (e.g., member, manager) for the invited user. 5. Send the invitation. Once the invited user accepts the invitation, they will have access to the relevant team and its associated data, such as projects and invoices.
